Location. Located in the center of the Arapahoe National Forest, the Beaver Village condominiums are 20 miles from Mary Jane Ski Area Winter Park Resort in Granby, Colo. Beautiful mountain vistas set the backdrop for outdoor fun in this year round resort area. Set in the center of Arapaho National Forest, the tiny village of Winter Park hosts one of the largest ski areas in Colorado. Lakes and reservoirs located nearby offer fishing and other recreational opportunities, and the area is prime for hiking and mountain biking.
