Location. The Lodge at Tamarron is nestled in the scenic and secluded Hermosa Cliffs, 17 miles from Durango, Colo. This area boasts natural wonders and is teeming with historical significance. Ski resorts are located at Purgatory Mountain 10 miles away and Silverton Mountain 30 miles away. Forest smells permeate the air against a backdrop of the snow capped mountains and rugged cliffs of San Juan National Forest.

The seasonal Cliffside Deli serves breakfast and deli style sandwiches, and the picnic deck overlooks the golf course.
